The opportunity 

Join our Customer Relationship team and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers throughout their property ownership journey. Working closely with Customer Relationship Executives, you'll support customers from purchase through to settlement and beyond, coordinating communications, inspections and events while ensuring every interaction is seamless and engaging.

Key responsibilities include: 

Customer Journey & Customer Service Support

• Support the Customer Relationship Executive in delivering the customer journey across allocated projects from contract unconditional through to post-settlement.
• Prepare and distribute customer communications, including project updates, EDMs, event invitations and settlement correspondence.
• Respond to routine customer enquiries and provide a high standard of customer service aligned with Mirvac's customer experience standards.
• Escalate customer concerns, complaints and emerging customer issues to the Customer Relationship Executive in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate visibility and follow-up.

Inspections, Settlements & Customer Events Support

• Coordinate customer inspections, valuation inspections, pre-settlement inspections and handovers.
• Assist with settlement administration, customer readiness activities and settlement communications.
• Monitor settlement milestones and assist in identifying potential settlement risks, delays or customer concerns for escalation to the Customer Relationship Executive.
• Support the delivery of customer events, information sessions and sales-related activities as required.
• Attend inspections, handovers and customer events as required.

Post-Settlement & Defects Administration

• Coordinate customer defect enquiries and service requests.
• Maintain defect registers and monitor progress to support timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues, recurring defects and service risks to the Customer Relationship Executive.
• Assist with post-settlement customer care activities and follow-up communications.

Administration & Process Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Relationship Executive and broader Customer Relationship team.
• Coordinate customer journey activities and project administration to support delivery of key milestones.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, risk trackers and project administration.

About you

You have 1-3 years’ experience in customer facing roles ideally in the Property, Real Estate sector, or related industries. This role would be perfect for a Graduate in Property looking to gain hands on experience in the industry.

You’ll have

• Access to your own vehicle, as the role requires travel to developments across Melbourne.
• Experience providing administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environmen t.
• Experience managing customer enquiries and coordinating stakeholder activities.
• Exposure to residential property, settlements, inspections or customer lifecycle management is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualification desirable.
• Administration, organisation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate inspections, settlements, customer events and post-settlement activities.
• Digital proficiency across Microsoft 365, CRM platforms and business systems.
