Nannies by Nature is looking for experienced, reliable and caring nannies and babysitters to join our growing network.

We have opportunities available for carers looking for both casual/one-off bookings and permanent or ongoing nanny roles across Sydney.

At the moment, we are particularly looking for nannies with availability for after-school care, including school pick-ups, afternoon routines and activities. We also have daytime, part-time and other ongoing opportunities available depending on your location, experience and availability.

About the Role

Depending on the position, roles may include:

• After-school care, including school pick-ups and activities
• Daytime nanny roles with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Casual and one-off babysitting
• Permanent part-time nanny positions
• Supporting children's routines, meals, play and activities
• Light child-related household duties

We match carers with families based on their experience, availability, location and preferences, so you can be considered for roles that suit you.

We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from nannies and babysitters who are:

• Experienced and confident caring for children
• Warm, reliable and genuinely enjoy working with children
• Available for after-school hours or other regular care
• Looking for either casual or permanent opportunities
• Professional and reliable in their communication
• Ideally experienced with babies and toddlers

Requirements

Holding or willing to obtain:

• Current Paid Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Australian Police Check
• Relevant childcare experience and contactable references
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle where required for the role

Childcare or Early Childhood qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for every position.
