About the Opportunity
DVNQ has secured additional funding to expand its work in strengthening practice capability and service quality across organisations participating in the North Queensland DFV Networked Hub.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Response Team Leader – Embedded to lead the delivery of specialist domestic and family violence (DFV) outreach programs across key embedded partnerships. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will provide inspirational leadership, operational oversight, and specialist practice guidance to a dedicated team of practitioners supporting victim-survivors.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, client-centred service delivery while fostering strong partnerships with agencies including Queensland Police Service, Townsville University Hospital, The Women’s Centre, and other community stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, continuous improvement, compliance, and positive outcomes for individuals and families impacted by domestic and family violence.
This is a Fixed Term Part Time (0.7FTE through until 30/06/2028) position.
