The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of business development, build strong industry relationships, and gain hands-on experience in the world of lending and property finance.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, receive mentorship, and develop the skills needed to become a future Business Development Manager. If you’re proactive, curious, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you!

Key Activities

You Will Be Responsible For

Gaining a deep understanding of our products, lending criteria, and the property finance market. Assisting in engaging with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other key introducers. Contributing to lead generation activities, including attending networking events and industry functions. Supporting the team with pipeline tracking, competitor research, and performance insights. Learning how to achieve origination targets and contribute to team success.

Skills & Experiences You’ll Bring The Team

A recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships. A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Interest in property, lending, or financial services (prior exposure is a bonus but not essential). Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
