About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in safely delivering timber and trade products to building sites and customers across the region. When not on the road, you'll lend a hand onsite gaining experience in the yard.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Deliver: Safely transport timber and trade hardware to local customer sites and distribution points.

• Load & Unload: Perform pre-start checks, secure loads, and manually handle materials using safe manual handling practices.

• Yard & Store Support: Assist with order preparation and other general yard duties during quiet delivery runs.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service to site contacts and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Driver’s License: Current QLD Class C License (essential).

• Experience: Background in delivery driving (within a construction, trade, or manufacturing setting preferred).

• Skills: Knowledge of safe manual handling, basic WHS practices, and capable of lifting and moving materials safely.

• Bonus: A High Risk Work Licence (HRWL / Forklift) & goods inwards / receivings experience is a major advantage!

• Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team. Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
