Marketing Officer

We are a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in Perth CBD. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused Marketing Officer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic education environment, with a combination of marketing, student support and administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our courses and services

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok and other digital channels)

• Create engaging marketing content and promotional campaigns

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face

• Conduct student consultations and assist with enrolment processes

• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation

• Assist with student examinations and academic administration

• Support the Admissions team with day-to-day operations

• Coordinate marketing events, open days and promotional activities

• Provide reception support when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, education or administration

• Experience within the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector is highly regarded

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
