We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to our Chief Executive Officer and leadership team.
This is more than an executive support role. It is an opportunity to play a key part in the smooth operation, governance, and success of a purpose-driven organisation. Working closely with the CEO, Board and Executive Team, you will help coordinate important governance activities, support strategic initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
Based out of our corporate office in Bunbury providing, high-level administrative support to the CEO, including:
Providing executive and operational team support to help keep the day-to-day activities of our organisation running smoothly.
Managing calendars, meetings and executive correspondence/reporting.
Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action registers.
Preparing reports, presentations, briefing papers and board documentation.
Coordinating executive communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
Keeping operational priorities and strategic initiatives, actions, and service-delivery requirements on track.
Monitoring and maintaining governance obligations and compliance reporting requirements including records, policies and corporate documentation.
Keeping track of strategic, risk and policy actions arising from meetings.
Support effective communication across the operational team.
Maintain accurate records of compliance and governance registers.
Provide monthly reporting for both board and executive team.
Identify outstanding matters, service gaps or operational issues requiring attention.
Assist with continuous improvement and other operational priorities as required.

This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems and make a meaningful contribution to a well-respected aged care provider within the Southwest.
You will have:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Governance Officer or Board Administrator.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office and document management skills.
Experience preparing agendas, minutes and governance reports.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to produce professional documentation.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
Desirable
Experience in aged care, health, community services or the not-for-profit sector.
Understanding of corporate governance principles and committee processes.
Knowledge of quality, risk and compliance frameworks.
Experience supporting Board or Committee functions.
