Kitchen Designer & Consultant

About the role

Guide retail and builder account clients through the kitchen and laundry design and selection process. Conduct onsite measurements to support accurate design work, create and present 3D designs using design software, and manage sales accountability alongside the design and administration side of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Guide retail and builder account clients through the kitchen and laundry design and selection process

• Conduct onsite measurements to support accurate design work

• Create and present 3D designs using design software

• Manage sales accountability alongside the design and administration side of the role

• Liaise closely with the in-house installation team to ensure quality, on-spec outcomes

• Maintain accurate customer and order records in Pronto XI

About you

• Proven experience in kitchen (and ideally laundry) design, with a sales or retail consultative background

• Hands-on experience with 3D kitchen design software

• Confidence taking accurate onsite measurements

• Experience working to sales targets in a showroom or retail environment

• Comfortable balancing creative design work with sales targets and admin accuracy

• Strong client-facing manner — confident guiding both retail customers and trade/builder accounts

• Collaborative: works closely with the Kitchen Design Manager, installers, and warehouse teams

• Reliable attendance and adherence to BDW's standard workplace conduct expectations

• ERP/CRM system experience is a plus (Pronto XI)
