ETS Officer

Position Purpose

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an ETS Officer to join our Norwest NSW team.

What you’ll do:

• Review plans, specifications, and customer selections for pricing accuracy
• Assess site costs, variations, and design changes
• Support continuous improvement in construction accuracy and processes
• Prepare and process Extra To Schedule (ETS) orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all ETS charges are correctly coded according to cost control categories.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding ETS orders, pricing, variations, and product or supplier changes.
• Maintain accurate records of all Extra To Schedule (ETS) orders and related documentation

About you

• Previous experience in residential construction estimating or a similar role
• Strong understanding of home building costs, materials, and construction methods
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Computer/software literacy in Microsoft suit of programs including Excel and word
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
