We are partnering with a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm in Brisbane to recruit a Client Services Officer to join their Business Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level administrator or accounting student looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment while supporting a team of experienced accountants and advisors. 

You will play an important role in supporting the Business Advisory and Tax team by assisting with administrative coordination, client communication and compliance tasks. This is a varied role where you will gain exposure to accounting processes while developing strong organisational and professional skills. 

The Role: 

• Provide administrative support to leaders and staff within the Business Advisory and Tax division 

• Collate Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and client correspondence 

• Prepare client invoices and assist with month-end documentation 

• Assist with corporate compliance including downloading company statements and preparing ASIC forms 

• Maintain accurate client records and support internal administration processes 

• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the administration team 

About You: 

• 2+ years' experience in an administration role within a professional office environment is desirable 

• Accounting students looking to gain practical industry experience are encouraged to apply 

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues 

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks 

• Confidence using technology and learning new systems 

• A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
