Role Description The Delivery Support Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Loganholme, QLD. This role supports customers and internal teams throughout the delivery and installation lifecycle of expandable container houses and modular homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, confirming site access requirements, and communicating timelines and instructions with customers, drivers, and installers. The Delivery Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, document and resolve delivery or installation issues, and provide basic technical and product guidance. Additional tasks include tracking orders and deliveries in internal systems, preparing delivery documentation, escalating complex technical or logistical issues, and collaborating with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
QualificationsStrong Customer Support and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain professional, clear interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to assist with basic product questions, delivery issues, and installation-related concerns, escalating when needed.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret delivery data, identify patterns in recurring issues, and support process improvements in logistics and customer experience.Comfort using digital tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems) to manage orders, documentation, and communication.Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, home building, modular housing, or a related field is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, QLD, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with customers in a professional, inclusive manner.
