Account Manager

The Role

SRG Global is seeking an Accounts Manager with our asset maintenance division. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of scaffolding access projects within the high density residential and commercial sectors across the Metro region.

This role oversees project planning, execution, commercial performance, client engagement, and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role also provides operational support to regional business units in the South west.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 project lifecycle from tender/project award and handover to demobilisation and close-out
• Lead project execution, coordinating with yard, logistics, site, and estimating teams.
• Work closely with the Contracts and Commercial teams to support accurate RCTI, progress claims, variations, EOTs, and delay claims.
• Attend site meetings, report on progress, and address client feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and mentor supervisors, site coordinators, and labour teams to ensure efficient delivery

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Advanced Scaffold HRWL
• Experience managing multiple residential/commercial projects concurrently
• Demonstrated leadership of operational teams and subcontractors
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
• Strong commitment to safety
