MEDICAL SPECIALIST RECEPTIONIST

$29 per hour

We have 1 position available for part-time receptionist

Approximately 16 hours per week

NO WEEKEND WORK

CLOSED 2 WEEKS OVER CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD

The clinic is a well-established specialist medical center providing a broad range of services with the upmost of care in Melbourne's Northern region.

The environment is fast paced and dynamic, with a team of 20 Physicians' and Ancillary consultants spread over several days.

We are seeking a part-time permanent employee to join our friendly team, covering 2 days per week.

The successful applicant must have the ability to be flexible to cover sick leave and annual leave.

Principal requirements of the role are:

-front of house reception

-meet and greet patients on arrival

-answer telephone & general enquiries including email correspondence

-co-ordinate patient appointments including Allied Health

-prepare and receipt patient accounts using Eftpos and Hicaps

-scanning of documents

-stocking consulting rooms and reception area

Essential criteria:

-excellent communication skills

-friendly nature & empathetic demeanor

-ability to multitask

-strong attention to detail

-experience with Gentu and Cliniko preferred but not essential as training will be available

-ability to work at a fast pace
