A growing non-bank lender and mortgage investment business is looking for an Investment Manager to build and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors.
This is a relationship-led role for someone with experience in mortgage funds, private credit, property investment, funds management or a similar investment environment.
You'll be a key point of contact for investors - building trust, understanding their investment objectives, discussing opportunities and developing long-term relationships through regular phone, video and face-to-face conversations.
 
What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Develop new investor relationships and grow the investor network.
• Discuss investment opportunities and structures with confidence.
• Understand investor objectives and provide a high level of ongoing relationship management.
• Work closely with senior leadership and internal funding, legal and compliance teams.
• Represent the business at investor meetings and industry events.
• Help build processes and systems as the investment function grows.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members as the function expands.

What We're Looking For

• Mortgage fund experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in private credit, property investment, funds management, wealth or a related investment environment.
• Strong investor relationship and investment BDM experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially confident and comfortable speaking with investors.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership.
• Previous team leadership experience is beneficial, but we're also open to someone ready to step into a broader leadership role.
