About Ahpra
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications, and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.
Within Ahpra, the Operations Transformation function partners with Health Workforce, Health Regulation, Technology and other business areas to improve regulatory processes, systems and service delivery. Our focus is on creating simpler, more effective ways of working and equipping staff with the tools, processes and support they need to succeed.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and influential Business Liaison Lead to play a critical role in shaping the future of Ahpra's operational services.
This role acts as the bridge between frontline teams, business leaders and technology specialists, ensuring that our program of continual improvement is grounded in the context and experience of staff and other users, including nearly a million registered health practitioner to deliver meaningful outcomes for them.
You will use your expertise in business process improvement, stakeholder engagement and change leadership to identify opportunities, simplify workflows and drive sustainable improvements across the organisation.
This is a full time, fixed term opportunity to 30 June 2027 and can be based in any Ahpra location.
