About Us
Iconic Pools is a locally owned and family-run fibreglass pool installation company servicing Toowoomba and surrounding areas. We take pride in delivering high-quality pool installations and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and reliable pool builders to join our team.

Pool installation experience will only be considered for this role so please do not apply if you don't have any.

About the Role
You will be assisting with the installation of fibreglass swimming pools and general construction duties across various job sites. This is a hands-on role working as part of a small, hardworking team.

Key Duties Include:

• Assisting with fibreglass pool installations

• General labouring and site preparation

• Assisting with plumbing and pool equipment installation

• Assisting with concrete works and surrounds including tiling and fencing

• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

• Operating basic tools and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Construction or laboring experience preferred

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work

• Driver’s licence and Ute (Fuel to be paid for if using own ute) manual licence required to drive work ute.

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Can take initiative and can work on your own

• Take pride in your work

• Must provide at least one reference
