Fleet and Procurement Coordinator

We are now seeking an experienced Fleet and Procurement Coordinator to join our team at our Pakenham Depot.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking an experienced Fleet and Procurement Coordinator who will provide a crucial role to provide dedicated administration and coordination of fleet, procurement, inventory, supplier and insurance activities across the Group, inclusive of all majority owned subsidiaries. The role is responsible for providing administrative support, enabling business processes, and accuracy to enable the Procurement Manager to focus on strategic decision making. 

Responsibilities: 

• Fleet compliance maintained across registrations, servicing, recalls and vehicle records. 
• Effective coordination of fleet activities through Smartfleet.  
• Fleet repairs, service events and supplier interactions coordinated with minimal disruption. 
• Timely processing of purchase orders and procurement requests.  

• Procurement documentation maintained to audit ready standard. 

Qualifications: 

• Drivers Licence Essential 
• Previous experience in fleet administration, procurement administration, supply chain, asset management, logistics or a similar coordination role. 
• Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities  
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including a clear and professional communication style and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work autonomosly and effectively in a team environment
