About the Company

The Redcat Hospitality IT Platform offers business-management software and hardware solutions that cover web and mobile applications including online ordering and loyalty systems, tightly integrated with the point of sale (POS) and back of house applications. Redcat also supports multiple integrations to enhance the offerings suite for our clients.

We work with amazing hospitality brands like Boost Juice, Nando’s, Chatime, Grill’d, Schnitz just to name a few, to provide them with a hospitality IT platform that provides a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities 

• Prestaging and installation of hardware (local, interstate and international).
• Troubleshooting of existing hardware, networking and POS functionality.
• Liaising with external clients and third-party technicians (via phone, SMS, and email).
• Testing and assessing repairs (RA) and break/fixes.
• Work collaboratively on interdepartmental task completion and technical service resolutions.
• Provide remote support and technical service to clients and third-party contractors as required.

About You

• Have a full driver’s licence.
• Technical proficiency and experience with POS and hospitality technology are highly regarded.
• Ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customers’ technical issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
• Technical experience with Windows and Android highly regarded
