The Role

We need a Project Manager and Civil Supervisor to co-ordinate various construction sites from start to finish. You will manage project budgets, schedules, and client relations while also leading the crew on the ground to keep work safe and efficient.

Key Duties

• Manage day-to-day site operations and lead site crews.

• Oversee project budgets, costs, and timelines.

• Ensure all site work meets safety and environmental standards.

• Order materials, schedule subcontractors, and manage plant and equipment.

• Communicate with governments,  engineers and other key stakeholders.

• Complete daily reports, safety check-ins, and quality records.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a  Project Manager or Supervisor in civil construction.

• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and road construction.

• General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card)

• C Class Drivers Licence

• Good computer skills.

• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

• Right to work in Australia
