Solutions Architect

Key requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years' experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent.Mandatory insurance domain experience, ideally General Lines insurance.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong structured thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders.Experience delivering end-to-end solution designs, including both high-level and detailed designs.Experience working on medium to large programs/projects.Experience producing end-to-end solution architecture covering functional, application, data, security, infrastructure, and integration domains.Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, with a focus on business value and outcomes.Experience providing technical leadership and negotiating outcomes with technical stakeholders.Experience working with and managing multiple vendors.
