Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Manager, Organisational Development.
This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment.
As a member of People Capability and Culture Business Unit, you will be responsible for:Developing and implementing HSS’ People, Culture and DEI Strategy.Developing values-aligned programs and initiatives that will build HSS’ desired culture, improve performance and increase the capability of the workforcePlanning, designing and implementing learning and development programs for HSS employees and leaders, including learning management systems and contracts.Developing and managing the performance management, talent management and succession planning frameworks to enable HSS to have the right skilled workforce for the future.Developing and implementing workforce planning capabilities across HSS, including identifying future workforce risks, and supporting Business Units to develop and implement solutions to mitigate the risks.
