Join our talented kitchen team as a full-time Chef de Partie, working across restaurant dining, weddings, conferences and events in one of Werribee’s most distinctive hotel settings.

As part of the Lancemore Hotel Group, you will work alongside an experienced culinary team while taking greater ownership of your section, supporting service delivery and maintaining consistently high standards.

About the role

Working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will help deliver smooth day-to-day kitchen operations across both restaurant and event service.

You will:

• Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
• Coordinate preparation and service across restaurant and event operations
• Support and guide junior members of the kitchen team
• Delegate tasks effectively during service
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene and food safety
• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with efficient kitchen operations
• Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture

About You

You will bring:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
• Confidence working in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong organisation, communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for quality food and guest experiences
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
• Current Australian working rights
