Property Management Officer

Are you passionate and driven about a career in Real Estate? Then look no further as we are seeking an integral member to replace our existing officer in our Property Management Division.

The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:

• A positive can-do attitude

• A willingness to learn/enhance the knowledge and skill of all aspects of property management

• Professional and well presented

• Possess at least the licence agent II qualification or work towords this qualification

• Strong customer service & phone skills

• High attention to detail and willingness to take direction

• A valid NSW drivers Licence & own vehicle

• Knowledge of property management software like property tree etc..

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering the phone and counter for the property management department

• Liaising with clients & providing exceptional customer service

• Conducting open homes for rental properties

• Processing applications and onboarding new tenants

• Marketing & online advertising properties

• Carry out routine inspections & preparing reports

• Manage the day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and property inspections.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.

• Handles all tenant applications and property viewings.

• Manage rent increases, new leases, and lease renewals, etc.

• In charge of property management team with day-to-day tasks

• 1 Year+ Experienced in Property Management

• Strong communication and organisational skills – we need someone with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.

• A passion for property management and providing exceptional customer service – our clients are at the heart of everything we do.

• A proactive, “can-do” attitude – you'll thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
