Casual Receptionist - Motorline BMW & MINI Garage

Motorline BMW & MINI Garage is part of Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently with over 3000 employees across 100 Dealerships in Australia and New Zealand.

Currently we are looking for a highly organised, customer focused individual to be the face and voice of this premium dealership in a casual capacity. 

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and talking with customers over the phone.
• Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge.
• Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate.
• General administration duties.
• Preparation of cafe beverages for customers and staff

 To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Experience in a busy workplace with an ability to multitask.
• A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• A confident phone manner.
• Well-presented corporate attire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
