Location: Banksia Grove
Part-Time Fixed Term | 3 Days per Week | ECT Qualified or Working Towards | Leadership Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our nature school at Tall Tree Early Learning Banksia Grove on a part-time (3 days a week), fixed-term basis for a period of 12 months with potential to extend or move to permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable and inspiring educator to step into a leadership role within a high-quality, Reggio Emilia-inspired learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or Diploma of Early Childhood with relevant Educational Leader experience) and demonstrate a deep understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and Reggio Emilia approach to early education.
About the Role
As the Educational Leader at Tall Tree Banksia Grove, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our team of educators to deliver exceptional early childhood programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to support curriculum development, ensure alignment with best practices, and inspire reflective, intentional teaching across all age groups. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for a driven educator who is confident in educational theory, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about creating environments where children and educators alike can flourish.
