The Role: 

• Greet guests with a polished, personable approach and set the tone for an exceptional experience
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, functions, and VIP bookings with confidence and efficiency
• Coordinate table allocations in collaboration with the floor team to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with grace and attention to detail
• Support front-of-house operations and assist management with admin and POS tasks

The Skills: 

• Prior experience as a host or in a front-of-house role within a premium dining venue
• A professional, confident, and engaging demeanour
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service periods
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable moments
