Digital Marketing Executive – Fixed-Term Contract

LeCavist is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract, with a strong focus on Klaviyo, email marketing and organic social media.
We’re a growing wine cellaring brand working closely with wineries, restaurants, wine professionals and collectors across Australia and New Zealand. So while digital experience is important, we’re also looking for someone who has a genuine interest in wine, food and the people around it.
The roleYou’ll work closely with our Sales & Marketing team across our day-to-day digital activity, with particular ownership of:Klaviyo: EDM creation, segmentation, campaign scheduling, flows, database management, testing and reportingEmail calendar: helping plan and execute our promotional, product, partnership and content communicationsOrganic social: planning, posting and managing content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedInContent: working with the team to identify stories, products, partnerships and customers worth talking aboutCommunity: engaging with our audience and responding to comments and messagesCustomers: being comfortable speaking with customers, partners, wineries and venues and occasionally helping capture their storiesContent capture: comfortable getting behind or in front of a phone when needed – simple interviews, event content, customer stories, reels and behind-the-scenes contentSupporting broader digital campaigns, product launches, promotions and events as required
Who we’re looking forYou don’t necessarily need to come from the wine industry, but you do need to be interested in wine and want to learn more about it.Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record in digital marketing and be able to show examples of campaigns or work you’ve personally delivered.Experience with Klaviyo is important, along with a good understanding of email marketing, CRM, organic social media and digital content.We’re looking for someone who can actually execute, not just build a content calendar or strategy deck. You’ll be comfortable writing an EDM in the morning, talking to a customer or winemaker in the afternoon, and capturing content at an event when the opportunity arises.You’ll also need strong written communication, attention to detail and a good instinct for what makes interesting content.
