Senior Accountant Business Services & Advisory

About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns

• Managing a portfolio of business and individual clients

• Tax planning and strategic tax advice

• Assisting clients with business growth and planning initiatives

• Liaising directly with clients, government agencies and external advisers

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the practice

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)

• Approximately 5+ years public practice experience

• Strong taxation and business services knowledge

• Excellent client relationship skills

• High attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage workflow and deadlines effectively

• Experience with Xero, MYOB AO/AE, FYI or similar accounting software will be highly regarded
