Fernwood Fitness Tuggeranong is an award-winning women’s health and fitness club, open 24/7 with convenient QR access so our members can train whenever it suits them.

Our club offers everything a woman could want in a gym, from a full group fitness timetable with strength and cardio classes, to a gym floor with plenty of equipment. We also offer FIIT30 small group training, a state-of-the-art Mind & Body studio with hot yoga and hot Pilates, a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio, personal training, and a crèche to support our members with little ones.

The Role ⭐

As a Sales Superstar, you’ll be the face of the club — connecting with members, building genuine relationships, and helping women take the first step in their health and fitness journey. Your focus will be on converting enquiries into memberships through authentic conversations and personalised recommendations.

This is a casual position with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends. It is important that you can work Saturday mornings and some Sundays(3hours only).

What You’ll Bring ✨

We’re looking for someone who brings high energy, a positive attitude, and genuinely loves working with people. You’ll have strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and ideally some sales experience. Most importantly, you’re passionate about health and fitness and love helping women feel their best. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.

What You’ll Do 🔥

In this role, you’ll manage membership enquiries across phone, email and in-club, building genuine connections to understand each person’s goals and recommend the right membership for them. You’ll drive sales through exceptional service, support your team to deliver a seamless experience, and get out into the community to generate leads and build relationships.
