Location & Flexibility

• Based in Sydney, with occasional visits to our Parramatta office (around two days each month), with the flexibility to also be based from Parramatta.

• Flexible hybrid working arrangements, including two in-office days per week.

The Role 

As a Financial Adviser, you'll work with existing and prospective clients to understand their goals, develop tailored financial strategies and deliver high-quality advice that makes a genuine difference. 

You'll have the opportunity to: 

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships 

• Develop and present quality financial advice 

• Work alongside experienced advisers and technical specialists 

• Be involved in the complete advice process from strategy through to implementation

About You 

We're looking for someone with strong foundations, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed. 

You'll have: 

• Completed your Professional Year (PY) 

• Current FAR registration 

• Relevant qualifications that meet adviser standards 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

• A commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes 

• A growth mindset and a willingness to learn 

• Professionalism, initiative and attention to detail 

• Ambition to build a successful career in financial advice
