HST Advisor - New Burton

The HST Advisor is responsible for supporting the HST Superintendent in the effective implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the site’s Health, Safety and Training systems.

The role provides professional HST advice and support to operational leaders and employees, ensuring that health and safety risks are effectively identified, assessed and controlled and that the operation maintains compliance with legislative, regulatory and company requirements.

The HST Advisor will play a key role in strengthening safety culture, providing frontline coaching, supporting incident and investigation processes, conducting assurance activities and ensuring HST standards are consistently applied across the operation. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Health and Safety Management
• Incident Management & Investigations
• Systems and Compliance
• Training and Competency
• Operational Support
