Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services, we’re looking to expand our network of independent contractors in Townsville.

We’re interested in hearing from experienced Rehabilitation Consultants and qualified allied health professionals who are interested in providing rehabilitation services to current and former Australian Defence Force members.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in speaking with qualified professionals from a range of backgrounds, including:

• Occupational Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Exercise Physiology
• Psychology
• Social Work
• Rehabilitation Counselling

Experience in occupational or veteran rehabilitation is welcomed, but not essential. For appropriately qualified professionals who are new to rehabilitation consulting, guidance and support can be provided to assist you in becoming familiar with our services and processes.

Already contracting elsewhere? We welcome enquiries from independent contractors looking to supplement their existing caseload with additional rehabilitation work.

The Work

You’ll have the opportunity to provide rehabilitation services to current and former Australian Defence Force members experiencing physical and psychological injuries, supporting them to work towards meaningful health, vocational and life goals.

The work may involve building relationships with clients, coordinating appropriate supports, liaising with stakeholders and assisting clients to progress towards their individual rehabilitation goals.

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of those who have served our country.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Relevant professional registration or membership (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA, AASW or equivalent)
• A current driver’s licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services and meaningful client outcomes
