About the role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring the development and achievement of agreed objectives, focusing on merchandising to a high standard within pharmacies based on an agreed call plan across the Northern suburbs and metropolitan area of Melbourne.

Duties include:

Bring campaigns to life by executing all head office promotional activity with precision and priority Shape the instore experience through high impact window displays, feature bays and off location merchandising that drives customer engagementBe the communication heartbeat with timely updates on compliance, weekly activities and insightsOwn your space by executing planograms accurately and maintaining strong, consistent shelf presence across all categoriesEnsure compliance of all company policies and procedures
