About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable cleaners to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties according to the domestic assistance plan for each client.
• Liaise effectively with clients’ families, friends, in the household.
• Write progress notes in an app at the end of each cleaning session.  
• Participate in professional workplace behaviours.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence with current vehicle registration and comprehensive insurance.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Proven reliability and resilience in handling fussy customers.
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment is a nice-to-have but not necessary. Many client's are happy for cleaner to use the supplies and vacuum stored in the home.
