Principal QA & Test
Automation Chapter Lead You will coach individuals and teams,
facilitate chapter activities, guide the implementation of automated testing
approaches, and support the integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines and
DevSecOps practices. You will champion a shift-left approach to quality,
helping teams identify defects earlier, improve delivery confidence and achieve
better customer outcomes. You will establish a thriving community of
practice that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous
improvement. Through regular engagement with teams, you
will foster consistent standards, encourage innovation and support the adoption
of emerging practices and technologies, including modern quality engineering
approaches. The role has a strong focus on governance,
measurement and continuous improvement. You will define quality standards and metrics,
monitor testing effectiveness and provide insights that inform strategic
decision making. You will contribute to broader engineering initiatives,
ensuring accessibility, performance, security and reliability considerations
are embedded within delivery practices. We can’t wait to meet you

Salary - $154,231 - $178,369 + super
Hybrid working out of any Revenue NSW offices in Parramatta – team located at Parramatta

enablement. You will work closely with squads to identify capability gaps,
remove delivery impediments and ensure teams are adopting effective Quality
Assurance and Test Automation practices.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $154,231 base plus superannuation
