As a Cold Store Operator, you will play a pivotal role in:

· Safely handle and store chilled and frozen meat products in cold storage facilities.

· Stack and organise pallets with correct spacing, labelling, and rotation in accordance with JBS Australia’s storage procedures.

· Prepare and stage products accurately for scheduled dispatch and delivery.

· Conduct product picking and packing in chilled and freezer environments while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move products within the cold store.

· Perform repetitive manual handling and lifting tasks in a temperature-controlled environment.

· Maintain accurate inventory and temperature records in line with company quality and safety systems.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:
· Have at least relevant AQF Certificate II or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant experience; OR alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience to substitute the qualification
· Preferable a member in the team already
· Strong attention to detail
· Time management skills
· Ability to work within a fast pace team environment
· Strong work ethic
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work as part of the team

The AD is valid for 28 days.
