If you are passionate about fine wine, The Reserve Cellar is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Bottle shop Team Leader to join our new store in Graceville! Whether you're a seasoned hospitality professional or simply have a keen interest in wine and want to learn more, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional, engaging and knowledgeable service, recognising the guest is everything.

• Lead by example on the shop floor and support Team Members to achieve service standards

• Assist with customer enquiries, concerns and service recovery as required, responding with professionalism, empathy and grace under pressure.

• Develop and share product knowledge with customers, providing tailored recommendations across premium wine, spirits and beer ranges.

• Support sales initiatives, customer engagement activities and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive business outcomes.

• Allocate tasks and support Team Members to achieve store objectives, promoting teamwork, accountability and ownership.

• Support the Bottle Shop Manager with daily operational activities, reporting requirements and cash management processes.

• Monitor store presentation, merchandising standards and customer areas, ensuring a premium retail environment is maintained at all times.

• Provide coaching, guidance and product knowledge training to Team Members during shifts.

• Support stock replenishment, inventory management and stocktake activities, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

• Monitor stock levels and notify management of inventory concerns, discrepancies or supply issues.

• Receive, unpack and organise deliveries in accordance with company procedures.

About You:

• Previous retail or hospitality experience (bottle shop experience or wine knowledge is highly advantageous).

• Ability to work across multiple locations, including Graceville, Wilston, and South Bank. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.

• WSET Level 2 Award in Wines will be highly regarded.

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer focused.

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current RSA Certificate and eligibility to work in Australia (required).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
