Accountabilities
Lead and coordinate the team.
Actively contribute to operations.
Assign tasks, create schedules, and train team members in key skills.
Spot and resolve issues quickly.
Work with upstream and downstream partners.
Manage resources to increase efficiency, improve customer experience, and control costs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experiences at the warehouse operation role, including at least 1 year of experience leading a small team. Experiences at 3PL/4PL companies are highly preferred
Good leadership, communication & problem solving skills
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
Working well under pressure
Full working rights in Australia
