Harris & Adams Smash Repairs is looking for a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our busy collision repair workshop in West Gosford.

This is a hands-on role supporting our repair team with vehicle detailing, moving vehicles, workshop duties, and administrative tasks. If you're organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Trade Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard and the workshop operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle detailing and final presentation before customer collection
• Delivering and collecting customer vehicles
• Assisting tradespeople with workshop duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
• Managing vehicle movements within the workshop and yard
• Supporting administration and reception functions when required
• Updating job information and records within company systems

What We're Looking For

• Current and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
• Good computer skills and confidence using workplace software
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in vehicle presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Previous automotive, detailing, or workshop experience is highly regarded but not essential
