Casual Operator

About the Role

DGL Environmental is seeking multiple casual Operators to support our growing operations in Unanderra. This is a hands-on role working rotating shifts in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, sort and process batteries and materials

• Perform manual labour including lifting, loading and general site duties

• Operate forklifts and move materials safely

• Assist with plant operations and production activities

• Follow strict safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Report hazards and support site safety requirements

About You

• Forklift licence (essential)

• Experience in labouring, manufacturing, recycling or similar

• Able to perform physically demanding work

• Strong safety focus

• Reliable, team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Able to work rotating shifts
