An opportunity to join a growing, design-led, independent fire engineering consultancy that is building a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, performance-based solutions across complex projects.

With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to appoint a Senior Fire Engineer who wants to have real influence on both projects and the wider business.

The Role

You’ll be involved in end-to-end project delivery, including:

• Leading fire engineering strategies across a range of complex developments
• Delivering performance-based design solutions and detailed reports
• Undertaking fire modelling and evacuation analysis (support available if needed)
• Liaising with clients, architects, and approval authorities
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in fire engineering consultancy
• Strong understanding of performance-based design (NCC/BCA)
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, infrastructure, or mixed-use
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Looking to step into a role with greater autonomy and influence
