Bolla Milano is looking for an experienced Baker to join our growing team.

We're searching for someone who is passionate about baking, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organised, and committed to producing high-quality products every day.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker is essential.
• Confident working independently and managing early morning production.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Must be available to start at 4:30 AM.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking our daily range of products.
• Mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking dough.
• Maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
• Keeping the bakery clean and organised.
• Following food safety procedures at all times.
