Process Worker - Electronics Assembly

Several entry level opportunities are available at our factory in Cardiff NSW. Starting from $30 per hour.

Part time work will also be considered for candidates. If you would like to apply for part time working hours, please indicate this in your application with your preferred working days and hours.

Working at our factory

• Closed for Public Holidays and over Christmas/New Year.

• Air-conditioned workshop.

• Permanent rosters.

• Above-award hourly rates and overtime in accordance with Modern Award MA000010.

Who we're looking for

We seek individuals with a positive attitude, attention to detail, pride in their work, and willingness to help build our team.

Requirements

• Able to work Monday to Thursday (8am - 4pm) and Friday (6am - 2pm).

• Steady hands for delicate tasks.

• Clear vision (glasses acceptable).

• Ability to follow instructions and remember multi-step processes.

• Independent work capability and focus.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred (but not required) skills

• Ability to read and identify electronics parts and components.

• Basic to intermediate technology skills (mention any software experience on your resume).

• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (e.g., hospitality, customer service, or team sports).

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Additional information

• This is a Defence industry position.

• Employment screening according to AS4811:2022.

• A National Police Check may apply.

• Short fingernails required for fine motor tasks.
