The Role
Silk is looking to appoint a motivated, autonomous and reliable individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Part-Time Overnight Public Area Cleaner. The role is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum availability of 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.

What We’re Looking For

• Working most overnight shifts, rotating roster available.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
• Clean all public areas to an excellent standard.
• Sort, fold, count and stack linen.
• Ensure Room Attendant chemicals and supplies are stocked and orderly.
• Attend to guest requests for relevant amenities / items where required.

What you will bring

• Proven experience is essential, preferably in a 4/5 star resort or hotel.
• A 'Can do' attitude.
• Committed to delivering excellent service & standards.
• Immaculate presentation and advanced communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passionate in providing friendly personalised customer service.
• A desire to learn and progress within the team.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Housekeeping operations knowledge.
