With exciting growth plans ahead, we're looking for an exceptional Venue General Manager to lead our newest location at Orion Plaza.

As Venue General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.
You'll balance people leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and community engagement to ensure the venue consistently performs at its best.

• Maintain high standards across quality, cleanliness, safety and presentation

Driving Performance

• Manage labour costs, COGS and venue profitability
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Take ownership of venue results and business outcomes

Connecting with the Community

• Build meaningful local relationships around Orion Plaza
• Support community initiatives, partnerships and events
• Help grow brand awareness and create lasting guest connections

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgets, COGS and P&L responsibility
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
• Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people
