We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Venue General Manager to lead from the front, build an incredible team, and help provide an awesome guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of the venue and set the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver their best every day.
• Maintain excellence in service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, labour, and costs to ensure the venue performs at its peak.
• Build strong community connections through events, partnerships, and local engagement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in hospitality or QSR, ideally with high volume or multi-site experience.
• Excel in managing budgets, P&L, labour, and costs.
• Energetic, resilient, and passionate about creating amazing experiences for both guests and your team.
