What you'll be doing?

• Manage client relationships: Conduct client discovery sessions, structure tailored loan solutions, and guide clients through to approval.
• Handle diverse lending scenarios: Address residential, investment, refinance, SMSF, and commercial lending needs with expertise.
• Build referral networks: Cultivate and maintain a robust referral network with accountants, real estate agents, financial planners, and more.
• Ensure compliance: Guarantee all files comply with NCCP, responsible lending duties, and Best Interests Duty requirements.
• Contribute to team success: Meet settlement targets, participate in team meetings, and engage in continuous professional development.

 
Who are they looking for?

• Experienced professionals: Candidates with 2+ years in office management, financial services, or mortgage broking are preferred.
• Knowledgeable in lending: A solid understanding of mortgage products and processes is essential.
• CRM proficiency: Proficiency with CRM and loan origination software is a must.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
• Excellent communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
