About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you'll work with clients throughout their lending journey, providing tailored finance solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing clients through the entire home loan process, from discovery to settlement.

• Providing tailored lending advice across a range of residential lending solutions.

• Structuring and submitting loan applications.

• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.

• Building strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

• Maintaining compliance and delivering a high standard of customer service.

• Working collaboratively with the support team to ensure an efficient loan process.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals and has a proven track record in mortgage broking.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer.

• Strong knowledge of residential lending policies and lender requirements.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• The ability to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.

• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
