We're looking for a passionate and driven hospitality leader to support the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic venue and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

What you'll bring:

• Previous supervisory experience in premium dining environment
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
• The ability to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
