Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly reputable and quality-focused builder working across low-rise and medium-rise developments in Metro Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong construction experience who enjoys managing projects from commencement through to completion and working within a collaborative, high-performing team.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, managing the programme, budget, procurement, quality, safety and key project stakeholders throughout the construction process.

You will work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants, clients and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on programme, within budget and are delivered to the required quality standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering low-rise and medium-rise construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, project delivery and programme management
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Experience managing procurement, subcontractor packages and project costs
• Excellent client, consultant and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• A high level of attention to quality, safety and project outcomes
• The ability to effectively manage project teams and subcontractors
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Australian construction experience
